UAE - Mubasher: The UAE stock markets ended Wednesday's trading session in the green zone.
The benchmark index of the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) gained 13.20 points (0.40%) to close the session at 3,260.53 points. A total of 61.88 million shares were traded at a value of AED 143.05 million.
National Central Cooling Company (Tabreed) advanced the rises with 2.59%, while Dubai Refreshments led the fallers with 9.94%.
Emaar Properties posted the highest turnover of AED 27.93 million, while Union Properties was the most active stock on which 10.17 million shares were exchanged.
Similarly, the benchmark index of Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) went up by 0.208% to close at 9,557.38 points.
The trading value amounted to AED 1.15 billion through the exchange of 151.68 million shares. The market cap stood at AED 1.98 trillion.
The United Arab Bank (UAB) topped the gainers with 12.14%, while Fujairah Cement Industries Company headed the losers with 6.25%.
International Holding Group (IHC) recorded the highest turnover of AED 344.60 million, while Multiply Group was the most active stock on which 49.01 million shares were traded.
